5 tips on how to book your appointment

You've enjoyed your beautiful brows for a while now and you're thinking of getting a colour boost, here are 5 tips to help you decide if you are really ready for one, how to book, and manage your appointment.

AM I READY FOR A COLOUR BOOST

You are ready for a colour boost when your brows have faded enough, this is a complex subject and deserves a post of its own but the recommended time for a colour boost is 18 months to 2 years, specially if you have hairstrokes as they need to fade really well before having new strokes added.

BOOK ONLINE

My booking system is my assistant! When you log in you are able to see all my availability for the next 4 months, by booking online you get to read all the important info and pay your deposit.

BOOK FOR THE RIGHT TREATMENT

Make sure you are book for the right treatment (7 to 12 months, 13 to 18 months and over 18 months) as they all take different amounts of time depending on how long it’s been hence the difference in costs. Can’t remember when your last treatment was? Look for an old email confirmation or log into the system to see your past reservations.

BE SAVVY

Unlike most think, it is not ‘cheaper’ to have a colour boost every 12 months, this is in fact a false economy most people have. If you split the cost by month all colour boosts cost a little over £11 meaning you won’t be out of pocket by having your colour boost at the recommended time frame of 18 months to 2 years.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLING

You are able to move and cancel appointments within the booking system, just log into the customer area, you are able to see upcoming and past reservations, reschedule or cancel. Please note a 5 day notice is required to reschedule any appointments and anything past that point is classed as a cancellation and a new booking fee is required.

I hope you found this helpful and as always, if you have any questions let me know!!!
