COVID-19 TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY

Until further notice these conditions apply when cancelling or re-scheduling appointments. 

Booking fees are non refundable.

If you feel ill and have a new cough or temperature, or have been in contact with anyone that is ill, please get in touch to re-schedule your appointment.

You will be able to re-book for the next available slot in my diary and your booking fee will be carried over. Please don’t leave it to last minute as it will mean I won’t be able to fill your space.

If I feel ill I will contact you to re-schedule.
