The booking system will give you all the availability, I do get fully booked in advance and the wait is usually four months.

 

MY AVAILABILITY

I open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 4pm. My diary opens 4 months in advance and I don't have a cancellation list. All last minute cancellations are advertised via email for clients that are registered in the booking system or via Instagram stories. 

Please note I am unable to open any other days and outside of my working hours.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS 

 

If you have any of the following, you may not be a good candidate for this treatment:

 

• Under 18 years of age

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Eczema or any other skin conditions

• Use of accutane in the last 12 months

• Hairstroke Brows don't heal very well on combination or oily skin, large pores, sun damaged skin or if you are over 50, in this case, a soft 
  Ombré Brow is recommended

• Regular chemical peels

• Medications or illnesses that compromise your immune system including chemotherapy or radiotherapy

• Diabetes

• Botox affects the results and symmetry of your brows. Botox should never be done before, always after. Strong facial muscles will cause asymmetry too

• Take blood thinners including aspirin, warfarin, coumadin or ibuprofen

NEW CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS WORK DONE 

 

I DO NOT work on brows that have any previous pigment/design done by another artist.

Brows that have previous pigment may need colour correction, the pigment may be blurred or gray, the shape may be uneven therefore making it very difficult for me to achieve my standard of work over them, this is the reason I chose not to work on existing brows done elsewhere. If your previous pigment is very light I may consider, please send me a photo so I can assess it.

STUDIO POLICY

 

• Must be 18 years or over

• This is a low maintenance treatment but using a pencil or powder may still be needed. Fading, blurring or poor retention can happen as we are all extremely different individuals. Additional sessions may apply at a cost 

• Healed results vary from person to person depending on age, skin type, health, lifestyle and existing natural hair. You must be willing to consider the artist’s when it comes to which technique to have for best results

• A non refundable booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking. The booking fee is deducted from the treatment price 

• If you come to your appointment with any of the contraindications note above you will be turned away

• No children, friends or family are allowed to attend the appointment

• A patch test will be sent to you, please do the patch test as soon as you receive it

• A full consultation is done on the treatment day, your shape, colour and all other details will be discussed before going ahead

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING 

 

• Booking fees are non refundable

• I require 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment, this can be done via our booking system. 

• If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to re book

• If you test positive for Covid, please let us know as soon as possible so we can move your appointment and fill your spot
